Just spent an amazing morning being able to visit Ideo’s Tokyo office.
It was fascinating being able to listen to them talk about their deign methodologies, practices and how they address user centred design. IDEO are world class so it’s easily a huge highlight of the trip being able to visit their office and listen to and talk to their designers.
Spent my afternoon at the Techtronic Industries Showroom in China, and this was after getting an enormous in-depth tour of their factory. This exclusive tour of the TTI Factory operations provided a valuable behind the scenes look at the manufacturing process. Techtronic Industries owns Ryobi, AEG and Milwaukee, and every one of their products are produced right here as all three are made all in the same factory.
